PACKB strives to ensure your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for eligible items purchased online. Please review the details below to understand our policy and process.
Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- Include all accessories, items, and parts received with the product.
- Returns for reasons beyond our error require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our customer service team.
Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange:
- Damaged or defective product upon receipt.
- Product does not match description on our website or quotation.
- Wrong color, size, or quantity received.
- Missing accessories, items, or parts.
- Wrong item sent by PACKB India.
Ineligible Products:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products marked “non-returnable” on the website.
- Products no longer needed by the customer.
- Used or damaged products due to customer negligence.
Return Process:
- Contact: Email our customer service at wecare@packb.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- RMA: Provide your order details and reason for return. We will issue an RMA and return instructions.
- Shipping: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and return it with the RMA to the provided address.
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs, except for issues caused by PACKB.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued for the product value only, excluding shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank.
Exchanges:
- Replacement products will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.
- You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Non-Eligible Returns:
PACKB reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that:
- Don’t meet eligibility criteria.
- Are requested after the 7-day window (subject to approval and restocking fees).
